The Boston Celtics clinched the Atlantic Division title last season after finishing with a record of 56 wins and 26 losses. In the playoffs, they swept the first round but lost to the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
Shaquille O’Neal announced his retirement in a short video through his Twitter account (@SHAQ). “We did it. 19 years baby, I want to thank you very much that’s why I’m telling you first, I’m about to retire. Love you, talk to you soon.”
