Highlighting the main event was the UFC Welterweight title unification bout between Canadian Georges “Rush” St-Pierre and American Carlos “The Natural Born Killer” Condit.
Last November 17, 2012, Georges remained as the undisputed UFC Welterweight Champion by winning over interim champ Carlos via Unanimous Decision (49-46, 50-45, 50-45).
In the co-main event, Johny “Bigg Rigg” Hendricks defeated Martin “Hitman” Kampmann via 1st Round Knock Out by punch.
