This will be the fifth event that the UFC has hosted in Denver, Colorado. The previous one was UFC 135: Jones vs Rampage that happened last year.

Benson Henderson and Frankie Edgar faced each other in a match last February that ended up in a Unanimous Decision win for Ben. Now, they are going to fight in their much-awaited rematch.
The Main Card features one championship bout.
On the Ben Henderson vs Frankie Edgar 2 fight video, Ben defends his UFC Lightweight championship belt for the first time against Frankie in rematch.
While on the Donald Cerrone vs Melvin Guillard, Donald goes against Melvin in a lightweight match.
Also on the main bouts are; Jake Shields vs Ed Herman, Yushin Okami vs Buddy Roberts and Justin Lawrence vs Max Holloway.
Four of the prelim matches are going to be aired on FX and one on Facebook Stream.
