Highlighting the main event was the UFC Lightweight bout between Americans Melvin “The Young Assassin” Guillard and Jim Miller.

Last January 20, 2012, Jim defeated Melvin via 1st Round Submission by rear-naked choke.

In the co-main event, Josh “The Dentist” Neer defeated Duane “Bang” Ludwig via 1st Round Technical Submission by guillotine choke.
