This will be the fifth event that the Ultimate Fighting Championship has hosted in Anaheim and this card will mark the UFC’s debut on the Fox Network.

Cain Velasquez won the UFC Heavyweight title after a 1st Round TKO win over Brock Lesnar in October 2010 while Junior dos Santos is on an eight-fight win streak after a Unanimous Decision win over Shane Carwin last June.
The Main Event is a championship bout.
On the Cain Velasquez vs Junior Dos Santos fight video, Cain defends his UFC Heavyweight championship belt for the first time against Junior.
While the nine-bout preliminary card is headlined by the Clay Guida vs Ben Henderson fight video wherein Clay goes against Ben in a lightweight match.
The main event will be the only match airing live on television in a one-hour special. The preliminary bouts will take place beforehand and are going to be aired on Facebook Stream as well as on FoxSports.com.
