Louis Gaudinot broke down the separation in the house by breaking it down into three groups on the previous episode 8 of TUF 14.
First, Louis, Marcus Brimage, John Dodson, Diego Brandao, Josh Ferguson and Akira Corassani all hang out with each other. Then, there’s the “Bible Study Group” composed of Johnny Bedford, Dennis Bermudez, and Dustin Pague who stay to themselves and lastly is “The Casino” made up of T.J. Dillashaw, Dustin Neace, John Albert, Bryan Caraway, and Stephan Bass who all play cards together every night.
Akira was sick of Bryan always doing his hair in the morning so he decided to take an electric razor and shave a chunk of his hair off while he was sleeping which escalated into Team Miller having to barricade their doors at nighttime.
Michael Bisping and Tiki played a prank against Team Miller by pulling off what they think is the best prank of the season; when they spray them with fire extinguishers in their locker room while a live marachi band played as they tried to escape the fumes.
After he gets Marcus Brimage’s sweaty jock strap to the face, Bisping gets his team back for the recent pranks on him by cornering them at the house and spraying them all with silly string.
Meanwhile, during Team Miller’s training session, Afghan Dutch Kickboxing Champion Siyar Bahadurzada who trains with the Golden Glory team visited as guest coach and gets Dennis ready for his fight simulating Akira’s stand-up style.
Before their featherweight semifinal match, Akira tested Dennis’ patience by drawing a picture of him as an owl mocking his unintelligent “quotes of the day” and then sang a song about how he going to be victorious over Dennis in what he calls a “slaughter”.
On the first semifinal bout, Bermudez defeated Corassani via submission by guillotine choke at 3:12 of round 1.
Akira didn’t take his loss well disbelieving it while Dennis celebrates moving onto the final.
Coming up on November 16, 2011 is the TUF 14 Episode 9 to be aired live at 10 PM ET on Spike TV.
On part 9, Michael Bisping and Jason Miller go head-to-head in a fast and frantic Dana White’s “Coaches Challenge” when they play a game of Air Hockey.
Then, Dustin Pague changes up his diet when he is dared to eat a live cricket by his team.
Also, the second semifinal bout happens as Pague faces T.J. Dillashaw.
