The official weigh-in for the Mayweather vs Ortiz happened at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Nevada, USA last September 16, 2011.

The main event will be a welterweight title bout as Mexican American Victor “Vicious” Ortiz defends his WBC World Welterweight belt against American Floyd “Money” Mayweather, Jr.
The weight limit for welterweight is 147 pounds. The results were; Floyd weighed-in at 146.5 lbs. while Victor tipped-in at 147.
