Floyd Mayweather, Jr. arrived at their boxing gym angry at the beginning of the episode 3 of 24/7 Mayweather-Ortiz because he was frustrated of all the attention paid to his opponent’s back story.
After his training session at sun set, his team gathered at the southeast section of Las Vegas for a holiday barbeque party thrown at the boxer’s honor.
Meanwhile, Victor Ortiz made an appearance at a local “Block Party” in California for an autograph and photo session for his fans.
The next day, as a celebrity ambassador for Big Brothers Big Sisters, Victor met with a group of youngsters from the Los Angeles chapter for the first time to give some advice. He then did an open workout for the media.
The Mayweather boxing gym also held an open media workout. He was also interviewed about his father and his feelings about how 24/7 is being edited so far.
Also in that episode, Floyd traded one of his Bentley cars plus cash for a brand new Rolls-Royce. He also had an evening Skype session with group of soldiers stationed in Afghanistan wherein he toured them around his house.
At the house of trainer Danny Garcia, he and his two sons watched the previous bout of Floyd against Ricky Hatton and they noticed that he’s a dirty fighter as he frequently uses his elbow to shove off his opponent. Meanwhile, Ortiz asked for a day off and his team went on for a deep sea fishing.
As the day of their world title match closes in, both camps increase the intensity of their trainings.

On part 4, training camps have wrapped and strategies are set. Now, the glamor of fight week begins.
