The HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil was the venue for UFC 134: Silva vs Okami 2.
Highlighting the main event was the UFC Middleweight title bout between Brazilian Anderson “The Spider” Silva and Japanese Yushin “Thunder” Okami.
Last August 27, 2011, Anderson successfully defended his UFC title for the ninth time by winning over Yushin by 2nd Round Technical Knock Out in their rematch.
In the co-main event, Maurício “Shogun” Rua faced Forrest Griffin in a light heavyweight bout.
