Continuing on is the Episode 6 of the UFC’s reality television series, The Ultimate Fighter: Team GSP vs Team Koscheck featuring lightweight division mixed martial arts fighters after a successful airing of the fifth one last week.
The TUF Season 12 Episode 6 with a title of “Win Or Die” is scheduled to air on October 20, 2010 at 10 PM ET / PT live on Spike TV.
Watch closely because the current UFC Welterweight Champion, Georges St-Pierre, and top welterweight title contender, Josh Koscheck are on the reality television series, The Ultimate Fighter on its Season 12 as coaches for the first time for the Team GSP and Team Koscheck fighters.

Here’s a recap on what happened on the TUF 12 fifth episode. Jon Fitch dropped by the training facility and trained with Team Koscheck. After that, at The Ultimate Fighter house, Alex “Bruce Leeroy” Caceres was on prank mode once again and this time, it annoyed teammate Michael Johnson. Alex put bleach into Nam Phan’s fabric conditioner but unfortunately, Johnson used it.
St-Pierre’s friend, a Muay Thai specialist Jean-Charles Skarbowsky arrived and trained with Team GSP. Then, St-Pierre chose Spencer Paige against Nam Phan for the fourth preliminary fight. While in one of Team Koscheck’s training sessions, Chuck Liddell who just came off a loss at UFC 115 gave some advice to them.
On the fight, Nam Phan defeated Spencer Paige via Decision that gave his team their first win. Paige suffered a broken hand and foot on that fight.
On this episode, Koscheck talks trash to Team GSP following his team’s first win. St-Pierre hurts himself in their training session. Also, two fights will happen.
