Here’s the Episode 3 of the UFC’s reality television series, The Ultimate Fighter: Team GSP vs Team Koscheck featuring lightweight division mixed martial arts fighters after a successful airing of the second one last week.
The TUF Season 12 Episode 3 with a title of “Unleash Hell” is scheduled to air on September 29, 2010 at 10 PM ET / PT live on Spike TV.
These two MMA stars, current UFC Welterweight Champion, Georges St-Pierre, and top welterweight title contender, Josh Koscheck are on the reality television series, The Ultimate Fighter on its Season 12 as coaches for the first time for the Team GSP and Team Koscheck fighters.

Here’s a recap on what happened on the TUF 12 second episode. The 14 fighters who won their elimination matches moved into The Ultimate Fighter house. Alex “Bruce Leeroy” Caceres and Jeff Lentz quickly made their presence felt because of their personalities. Lentz’s smoking and drinking habits made some fighters question his cardio endurance.
Coach Josh Koscheck won the toss coin and chose to pick the first fighter. Both coaches want to pick Michael Johnson as their top guy. Sensing this, Georges St-Pierre used a decoy strategy and manipulated Koscheck to pick Marc Stevens as the top overall pick. The plan was a success as GSP got Johnson in his team.
For the first preliminary fight, St-Pierre chose Alex Caceres against Jeff Lentz. Bruce Leeroy defeated Jeff Lentz by way of Submission (triangle choke) at 2:27 of Round 2.
On this episode, Caceres seems to step on the border line as he annoys the other fighters in the house with his bragging. Coach Koscheck will verbally warn his team because of an unimpressive training session. Plus, Boxing legend Mike Tyson visits the match venue on fight day as two more lightweights square off inside the cage.
