The second Ultimate Fighting Championship live event this August 2010 is coming up!
The UFC 117 Silva vs Sonnen live stream will be available on PPV (Pay-Per-View) on August 7, 2010. You can also watch it live at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California, USA.
After Silva’s performance at UFC 112, Dana White has threatened to cut him from the UFC if he fights the same way he did in that event in Abu Dhabi. “I’m telling you right now, if he acts like that again in the ring, I will cut him,” said White. “I don’t care if he’s the pound for pound best fighter in the world. I don’t care if he’s the middleweight champion.” And now, the champ is back again and this time against Chael Sonnen.
The UFC 117 fight card features one championship bout for the Main Cards.
On the Anderson Silva vs Chael Sonnen video, Silva defends his UFC Middleweight championship belt against Sonnen.
Also on the Main Cards are bouts; Jon Fitch vs Thiago Alves 2 video (Welterweight), Clay Guida vs Rafael dos Anjos video (Lightweight), Matt Hughes vs Ricardo Almeida video (Welterweight), Roy Nelson vs Junior dos Santos video (Heavyweight).
The UFC 117 also features Preliminary Cards on varied weight divisions; Dustin Hazelett vs Rick Story (Welterweight), Phil Davis vs Rodney Wallace (Light Heavyweight), Tim Boetsch vs Todd Brown (Light Heavyweight), Johny Hendricks vs Charlie Brenneman (Welterweight), Stefan Struve vs Christian Morecraft (Heavyweight), Ben Saunders vs Dennis Hallman (Welterweight).
