FIBA World Championship 2010 | Preliminary Round Day 2 Results and Video Highlights

It’s the second day of the preliminary round of the 2010 FIBA World Championship!

For day two (August 29) results, 12 basketball games again are set to happen at various arenas in Turkey starting at 16h00 (GMT+3). All of the 24 teams will play on their respective groups.

Australia, Serbia, Argentina, Slovenia, USA, Brazil, Greece, Russia, Turkey, Lithuania, Lebanon and France successfully won their first games and took the early lead in the 2010 FIBA World Championship bracket.

Group A

Jordan vs. Angola

• Angola defeated Jordan with a final score of 79-65. Miguel Lutonda led Angola with 16 points.

• Germany defeated Serbia with a final score of 82-81. Jan Jagla led Germany with 22 points.

Slovenia vs. USA

• USA defeated Slovenia with a final score of 99-77. Kevin Durant led USA with 22 points.

• Croatia defeated Iran with a final score of 75-54. Roko Ukic and Bojan Bogdanovics both led Croatia with 13 points each.
