After the big “The Decision” made a week ago, another huge decision may be unveiled in just a few hours, this time, in boxing.
Will Floyd Mayweather, Jr. accept the fight against Manny Pacquiao on November 13, 2010?
Top Rank Promotion’s CEO, Bob Arum, recently added a countdown clock timer titled as “Money” Time: Mayweather’s Decision on its company website here indicating how much time left Mayweather has to accept the mega fight with Pacquiao.

The Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight, between the top two pound-for-pound boxers in the world in this era would likely break boxing records and would probably be the biggest and the richest in boxing history.
This match was supposedly made early this year but disagreements by both camps on some contract details prevented the fight from happening. Both fighters moved on and fought other boxers instead on separate occasions.
Manny Pacquiao defeated Joshua Clottey on Pacquiao vs Clottey dubbed as “The Event” last March 13 via Unanimous Decision at the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas, USA.
While Floyd Mayweather, Jr. defeated Shane Mosley on Mayweather vs Mosley dubbed as “Who R U Picking?” last May 1 via Unanimous Decision at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
In case this mega fight didn’t materialize again for now, Arum is already lining up Miguel Cotto or Antonio Margarito for the November 13 date to fight against Pacquiao probably for another world title in the super welterweight division.
The clock is ticking, what will be the decision of Mayweather to fight Pacquiao late this year? Let’s wait what will happen.

The countdown already ended but no response from Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and his camp.
In a conference call midnight last Friday, Bob Arum said that Manny Pacquiao will either settle for Cotto or Margarito for the November 13 fight after Mayweather ignored his imposed deadline.
Arum said that, ”Next week, we will be talking with Cotto and Margarito.” He also told the media that the door is still open for Floyd in case he decided to face the Filipino boxing superstar.
He added, ”Even though he (Mayweather) hasn’t responded, we would still like to do a fight (with Mayweather),” as long as he’s notified before a deal is made for a Pacquiao fight with either Cotto or Margarito.
More Updates: Margarito will fight Pacquiao on November 13.
