The 18th annual ESPY Awards event is coming up to celebrate ESPN’s legacy as a sports channel and to give Athletic Awards to top performing individuals, team achievements and other sports-related performances during the calendar year preceding the 2010 ceremony.
The 2010 ESPY Awards live stream also known as The ESPYs is set to happen on July 14, 2010 live at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles California, USA and on ESPN.
Similarly-styled as the other award giving bodies such as the Emmy for television, Grammys for music and the Oscars for film industry, the ESPYs event will also be hosted by a contemporary celebrity.
Hosting this year’s Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly Awards will be Seth Meyers, anchor of Saturday Night Live’s “Weekend Update”.
