How time flies by so fast. I can still remember the very first Michael Jordan NBA trading card that I pulled out of the very first pack that I bought way back in ’96-’97.

Since then, Jordan has been my favorite basketball player. I witnessed how he dismantled the Bulls’ two opponents in three Finals appearances, Seattle and Utah (twice), since he came back on the game from his first retirement.

According to his biography on the NBA website, “By acclamation, Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all time.” And I also believe this based not just on his achievements from his college days and professional basketball career, but also to how he became a Sports icon popularizing the NBA around the world in the 1980s and 1990s.

Jordan was inducted in the basketball Hall of Fame last September 2009 and he’s now the majority owner of the Charlotte Bobcats.

For this year’s NBA Playoffs, the Charlotte Bobcats clinched their very first playoffs appearance in franchise history as the seventh seed facing the second seeded Orlando Magic. Check out the 2010 NBA Playoffs Bracket.
