It’s now time for the 2010 NFL Draft and the excitement rises as scouts, coaches, team owners, general managers and of course the fans get to witness their favorite football players picks get drafted.
The NFL Draft is the annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible football players.
The 2010 NFL Draft results will be completed within three days unlike the previous years’ drafts. Coverage is provided by both NFL Network and ESPN.
The 2010 NFL Draft is set to start on April 22, 2010 7:30 PM EDT at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City, USA for the First Round Draft Picks.
The Second and Third Round Draft Picks will take place on April 23, 2010 6:30 PM EDT while the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Rounds will be held on April 24, 2010 10 AM EDT.
The 2010 NFL Draft results is highlighted by the number one pick selection drafted by the St. Louis Rams, the 2009 NFL season’s worst team. The Rams selected quarterback Sam Bradford with the first pick.
While three out of the top four picks were members of the Oklahoma Sooners football team.
