Only a few days away for “The Event” featuring the pound-for-pound king. The excitement rises as the boxing fight that will happen at the Cowboys Stadium closely approaches.

Manny Pacquiao will face-off Joshua Clottey for a welterweight title bout on March 13, 2010.

After the camps of Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather, Jr. failed to finalize details on their mega fight, the pound-for-pound king chose Clottey as his next opponent.

The Pacquiao-Clottey bout is just a few weeks away but before that, these boxers officially sat down on a Pacquiao-Clottey face-off with Max Kellerman interview to hype their upcoming match.

On this interview, both boxers shared their views about their upcoming bout. Pacquiao gave some of his strategies in preparing, planning and training for his boxing matches as well as what he thinks his upcoming opponent can do well.

For Clottey, he gave some warnings that he’s hard to crack down and any opponent can’t take him lightly. He knows that Pacquiao throws a lot of punches, a smart boxer and also has a smart trainer, Freddie Roach.

In preparation for the biggest opportunity in his boxing career today, his face-off with Pacquiao on the boxing ring, Clottey said that,

“I’m fighting with the best fighter right now, you see and I have to prepare very very well more than ever before. He’s a smaller guy but he’s fast. If you underestimate his power, his gonna surprise you. I’m not underestimating his power at all because he’s a fighter. I respect him a lot and I respect his power.”
